Amani

Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Amani, run by an individual developer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Amani", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. They are short, so please read them.

Who can use Amani

Your content

Be kind: what is not allowed

Amani is for celebrating the people you care about. You must not post or send anything that:

Reporting and blocking

You can report or block a person from the ••• menu on their profile, and report a comment from the ••• next to it. We review reports and act on content that breaks these terms within 24 hours, which can mean removing it or suspending the account that posted it.

Gifts, claims and shops

Amani helps friends avoid buying the same gift. We do not sell products, take payments or deliver anything. Links to shops take you to other websites with their own terms and prices, and the prices shown in Amani may be out of date. A claim is a friendly note between friends, not a promise we can enforce.

Ending your account

You can stop using Amani and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

The service

We work hard to keep Amani running and your information safe, but Amani is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or stop features. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for gifts, purchases or plans made between users.

Apple

If you got Amani from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Amani or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as a third party.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first. If you keep using Amani after that, the new terms apply.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai can hear any dispute. This does not take away rights that the law of your own country gives you. Questions: hello@amaniwishes.com.
